Lesson from Martin – 

“low-cost, affordable housing is a MUST in order to allow all people to flourish”

Martin speaking in relation to his team’s work on integrated housing for families, seniors, people with disabilities, low-income and middle-income families which includes access to amenities and facilities such as day care and health centres.

Martin is the director of Dunn Development Corp. and an award winning community developer of low income affordable housing. We first met him in September 2016 in New York.

Martin is helping to transform the understanding and delivery of so called ‘low income’ housing within the State of New York.
